Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Lourdes Genao Ulloa — a firm believer that you don’t need to be the loudest person in the room to get what you want.

I was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in New Hampshire. I put myself through college, graduated debt-free, and earned a full ride for my master’s degree in Information Age Marketing. Today, I work full-time as a buyer, managing multi-million dollar businesses. Outside of work, I’m a real estate investor, a marketing strategist, and a public speaker who helps people tap into their influence and power, even if they’ve been told they don’t have either.

My passion for negotiation comes from real-life experience — not just boardrooms and spreadsheets, but from making tough calls, asking uncomfortable questions, and pushing past the expectations placed on me. I created this course to help you do the same. You don’t have to change who you are. You just need to know how to start the conversation.
